📋 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using GrimInjector / Grim Backdoor (hereinafter referred to as "the Software"), joining our Discord server, or using any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS") and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and leave the Discord server.

🎯 2. Purpose & Intended Use

Grim Backdoor is designed and distributed exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Security testing and auditing of Minecraft servers that you own or have explicit, written authorization to test.
  • Educational research into plugin security, injection vectors, and server hardening techniques.
  • Penetration testing within authorized scope and with proper consent from all relevant parties.
⚠️ Any use of the Software outside these purposes — including, but not limited to, unauthorized access to third-party servers, griefing, data theft, or disruption of services — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

🛡️ 3. No Liability & Disclaimer of Responsibility

The developers, maintainers, contributors, moderators, and any individual or entity affiliated with Grim Backdoor (collectively, "the Team") shall bear absolutely no liability for:

  • Any damage, loss, or disruption caused by the use or misuse of the Software.
  • Actions taken by users that violate local, national, or international laws and regulations.
  • Any consequences arising from unauthorized use on servers, systems, or networks without proper consent.
  • Loss of data, account bans, legal action, or any other repercussions resulting from use of the Software.
  • Third-party claims arising from a user's actions involving the Software.
🔒 You assume full and sole responsibility for your actions when using Grim Backdoor. The Team provides the tool "as-is" and makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

⚖️ 4. Legal Compliance

You agree that you will:

  • Use the Software only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • Obtain all necessary permissions and authorizations before testing any server or system.
  • Not use the Software to gain unauthorized access to any computer system, network, or server.
  • Not distribute modified versions of the Software with the intent of causing harm.
  • Accept full legal responsibility for any consequences of your usage.

🔑 5. Account & Access

Access to Grim Backdoor is provided through Discord authentication. By using the service:

  • You agree not to share your session tokens, access keys, or credentials with any third party.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • The Team reserves the right to revoke access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
  • Attempting to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or tier restrictions is grounds for permanent ban.

🚫 6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using the Software against any server, network, or system without explicit written authorization from its owner.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or redistributing the Software for malicious purposes.
  • Selling, sublicensing, or commercially distributing the Software without written consent from the Team.
  • Using the Software in any way that could cause reputational damage to the project or its affiliates.
  • Harassment, doxxing, or any form of abuse within the Discord community or related channels.

⚡ 7. Termination

The Team reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access to the Software and/or Discord server at any time without notice.
  • Modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service without prior notification.
  • Update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
